As an online advertising agency, in business for over ten years and growing quickly, we are looking to add an energetic, well organized technical coordinator to our team. You will be responsible for working with clients and sites to get email and email registration programs up and properly maintained.
The right person will be fantastic with details, understand how real time transmission of data works, including terminology and trouble-shooting transmission errors. We are not looking for a programmer but we are looking for someone with this type of general technical knowledge who can communicate well with partners and clients regarding specifications and needs.
You'll also need to be able to work with ASCII delimited and Excel files to be able to compare what a client has sent to what a partner has done to make sure the data specifications match and are correct. A basic knowledge of HTML code is needed to be able to look at client-created advertising and make minor edits to the code as instructed. We may also have you work on various projects with and for our Production Manager.
This job is about 10 hours a week for starters and fits in best with someone who spends a lot of time online and can pop into email and instant message often throughout the day to see if there’s anything that needs to be done. It’s probably not as great a fit for someone who needs to clock in and out at set hours or can only complete work in the evening.
We are a small, efficient, flexible group and would love to have another team player come on board and make us grow even more. If you like being recognized and appreciated for the good work you do, this is the place. Your efforts will make a difference! If this sounds interesting, please send us your resume and an email telling us why you think this position would be a good fit for you. Also please include your hourly rate or a range that would be acceptable.

When I logged into my Hotmail today, I noticed a link to an article listing 100 home-based businesses. I checked it out, and it's really got a lot of information.
There are many listings of actual home businesses in different categories. They've even mentioned the names of the businesses, locations, and what the business actually does.
Many home businesses don't take much capitol to get started. It just depends on what you choose. There are many people that are living quite well off of what they make at home. In this country, we have a demand for many, many different things. You might just have what people are looking for.
I'm a big fan of home-based businesses. I feel that the potential to make a lot of money is there. It just depends on your dedication and skill. And not to forget advertising. Advertising is the key to building up business. A great new way to advertise online is by having others to blog for you. It's really making the difference in a lot of website's traffic. When you own your own home-based business, the sky's the limit.
Check out this article for ideas. We are all skilled in something.
