An established, exciting and growing transportation company in the New York metro area is starting a new product into the travel, leisure and entertainment industry providing high-end New York City sightseeing tours to the high-end tourist market. The company seeks smart, energetic and ambitious people to join its team as Home Based Customer Service Representatives.

The Home Based Customer Service Representative involves interacting via the telephone first-hand with tourist clients and providing the highest quality customer service. The ideal candidate will be a smart, quick thinker, extremely organized, detail oriented and very personable.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage client requests via the telephone.
Client requests will be regarding detailed information on specific sightseeing tours and/or estimates on project cost
Manage the sightseeing tour bookings which includes scheduling and payment processing.
Work continually to exceed the expectations of our clients

The ideal candidate would also:

Possess very strong interpersonal skills
Be able to articulate in a professional manner
Be able to think creatively and quickly troubleshoot any issues
Bilingual a plus but not necessary (Spanish, German, French, Chinese)
Prior customer service experience a plus.

What does the role involve?

Answering support tickets and dealing with member queries via email, phone and our support system
Referring the more difficult or complex queries to the appropriate area
Helping members to install StatCounter code
Proactively suggesting ways to improve StatCounter and the service we provide
Actively monitoring warning systems and immediately reporting any issues
Upgrading and downgrading accounts

What knowledge/skills/abilities are required?

Telemarketing Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a telemarketer to call into medical offices with a two-step sales process. Step one is offer product information via email or fax. Step two is to call back and take the order. Client decision time will be as short as same day, or as long as two weeks. The telemarketer will be responsible for making calls, informing us of emails or faxes to send, and entering orders in our online ordering system.

The main office will provide the names, phone numbers, and send all emails, faxes and orders. This is a 'work from home position' and is paid on a commission basis. Orders will range from $200 - $2500. Commissions differ by product, but range from 10%-15%.

BridgeFront, a fast growing online training firm located in Beaverton, Oregon is looking for two part-time Customer Services Representatives who can work from a home office weekday mornings.

In this position, you will be contacting clients following their recent interaction with one of our online webinars, product demonstrations, or request for white papers to assure satisfaction. Night Time Customer Service - Work from home, lots of down time!

We are looking for night owls to work from home to help us support our growing business. You will be answering calls from our field service technicians between midnight and 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday, and entering information provided by the technicians into our online database. We will provide training and an internet-enabled telephone. You provide your own reliable internet connection and decent computer with a web browser.

You will have a very light call volume of one to five calls per night, each averaging 15 minutes in duration per call. You are free to do whatever else you wish when you are not on a phone call, however you must be awake and alert to answer the phone and work from your computer when the phone rings.

Interviews and basic training will be conducted either over the phone or at our office in El Segundo, CA, depending on the circumstances. We will consider candidates who can commit to all or just part of the 30 hour per week shift.
