Qualifications for this position include:
-Some college/advanced education preferred
-Minimum two years of customer service experience, including some recent contact center telephone customer service experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Good data entry and multi-tasking skills (must be able to enter
information into customer accounts while actively listening to
customers)
-Professional home office environment
-Personal computer
-Proven ability to work with little/no supervision and independently
-High speed internet connection and a dedicated telephone (regular not
VOIP) line (no long distance services required -- only unlimited
inbound calling is needed)
-Ability to attend five to six weeks of paid training in Tampa in early
August (must be able to commute daily to training) - M-F, 9 to 6
-Following training, must be able to work a schedule that includes
evenings (such as 1 p.m. to 11 p.m., M-F) or includes Saturday with a
weekday off (such as M,T,W,F, and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

My name is Michelle and I am the HR Manager for Venture Marketing.
We handle customer and technical support for over 200 major companies, and are adding nearly 25 more clients in February 2008. Due to this, we are hiring 100-200 new contractors to add to our staff. Contractors will be responsible for reading the materials provided on the campaign(s) that they are assigned to, and expect to have a good overall understanding of the company/products.
You will be providing email and live chat support via our help center, no phone is required. Pay is a $$11.50-13.50/hr, with productivity bonuses, and contractors our expected to work a minimum of of 10 hours each week. In addition, contractors should be able to check their email 7-10 times through the workday.
I will be the official representative for Venture on the board, however please be patient with me in my responses as this is not my main responsibility.
