If you are a breastfeeding mom with low milk supply, you may already have been advised to try herbs.

Many
lactation consultants and other breastfeeding experts recommend herbs
for increasing low milk supply. Herbs are a safe and natural way to
increase breastmilk production. When low milk supply hits, herbs such
as fenugreek and blessed thistle can successfully increase your milk supply enough for you to continue breastfeeding.

Herbs
that increase low milk supply are known as galactogogues. These herbs
have been used for thousands of years by breastfeeding moms and wet
nurses. Although wet nurses are not as common in the present, in the
past many women had to have the assistance of a wet nurse. By using
specific herbs, these wet nurses were able to breastfeed more than one
child.

Some herbs known as galactogogues are fenugreek seeds, alfalfa, and blessed thistle.

Breastea offers all of these herbs in one tea bag! Simply steep and drink. Each tea bag makes one gallon of tea.

This
product really goes the extra mile. It not only includes these
breastmilk beneficial herbs, but you can get it in different flavors.

Breastea
also contains Rooibos, which has been used in South Africa for
generations. It's known for its ability to soothe babies with colic.
There are many benefits to drinking Rooibos. It contains no caffeine.
It's known as being safe and nutritious. By including Breastea in your daily fluid intake, you are increasing milk supply and getting these wonderful benefits.

Breastea
increases low milk supply in just 2 days. Drink between 1 - 2 quarts a
day. One quart equals four, 8 ounces glasses. Each glass is less than a
can of coke. Drink a glass every 3 to 4 hours, four times a day. If
needed, you can drink up to 2 quarts a day.

So if you have low milk supply, try Breastea. Since each tea bag makes one gallon of tea, you are getting a lot for your money!

I had a friend with chronic low milk supply. She strictly breastfed,
but her milk supply was low enough that she had to start supplementing
with formula. Everything was fine with her latch and her breastfeeding
schedule. The only problem was low milk supply.

She was told to increase her breastfeeding times by other well meaning
mothers, but she was really breastfeeding as often as she could.

Eventually, she started drinking Breastea. And she swears by it.

After starting Breastea, she was eventually able to stop supplementing
with formula. So she now really recommends it to others that have low milk supply.

If you find that you have low milk supply or you know someone that has it, you should really look into Breastea.
The herbs in the tea help your body to increase breastmilk production.
When breastfeeding, you want to make sure you have plenty of breastmilk
for baby.

There are many flavors to choose from. Each tea bag makes one gallon of
tea. You just steep and drink. Store the container in the refrigerator
for up to 2 days. After two days, brew yourself another gallon of tea.
It's very affordable. You get a ten day supply of regular flavor for
$10.95.

My friend continued using this tea for several months, until she
eventually stopped breastfeeding. Her reasons for weaning her child was
not due to low milk supply anymore. If you have low milk supply, check them out.

Many
moms worry about low milk supply. As as a mother, they want to make
sure baby is getting enough breastmilk. It's a very valid
concern. Babies need plenty of breastmilk to thrive.

Low breastmilk supply happens for any number of reasons. Some common ones I have found are:
1. Lack of proper nutrition or rest
2. Not drinking plenty of fluids
3. Not breastfeeding enough
4. Bad latch
5. Anemia or undetected thyroid problem
6. To much exercise

And I am sure there are so many more I am not listing.

But what about the breastfeeding moms that doesn't have any of the
problems mentioned before? In my case, I have low milk supply naturally.

If you are a breastfeeding mom with low milk supply, you will
probably be asked "Why
don't you think you are making enough breastmilk?" If you have already
been told by a lactation consultant or medical professional that baby
is not gaining weight, etc then you definitely want to increase low
milk supply. Some moms breastfeed and/or pump constantly and still have
low milk supply.

When you need to increase low milk supply, try the following;
Make sure to eat enough.
Drink plenty of water.
Get plenty of rest.
Take a vitamin.
Breastfeed and/or pump often

Consider herbal remedies
that boost low milk supply. Many breastfeeding moms have had great
results by simply drinking herbal teas made to boost low milk
supply.

A great one to try is Breastea. Many breastfeeding moms have got great results by drinking it.

I participate in a lot of mom forums simply because I'm a mom. And
there are a lot of times that I have to ask questions about situations,
and there are times I can post an answer. The internet is a great way to meet others in similar situations.

Something that I see a lot in breastfeeding forums are breastfeeding women wanting to
know how to increase low milk supply.
For some breastfeeding moms, the
solution is as easy as breastfeeding more. For other moms, that doesn't
work. They are breastfeeding a lot, but their milk supply is still low.
Low enough where they are having to supplement with formula. I don't
think anyone realizes how emotionally tough it is to experience low milk supply,
unless they have experienced it themselves. It hurts emotionally. As a
breastfeeding mom, you really want to make as much milk as you need.

When there is a question of low milk supply, a breastfeeding mom should
always consult a doctor to make sure she is not anemic. Also, she
should have her thyroid checked. Both of those can decrease a low milk
supply. If you don't have either one of these health conditions, there are still ways to increase low milk supply.

While breastfeeding, I always continue on my prenatal vitamins. I know
that breastfeeding takes more out of your body than its usual state. So
I continue on with my vitamins, and I have not had a problem with being
anemic. My thyroid is fine. There is no explanation for me having low milk supply. It happens though, unless I use Breastea.

What worked for me was using an herbal tea called Breastea. With Breastea,
I started seeing an increase in my milk supply within the first few
days. I continued on drinking it daily and before I knew it, I was
making enough milk to feed my baby. I was able to stop supplementing
with formula. I was also able to freeze back extra breastmilk.

If you stop drinking it though, your milk supply will go back down.
After your baby starts on solids, this may not be a problem for you.
The important thing is increasing your milk supply if it's low and nothing else is working.

They have several different flavors, but my favorite is the peach -
mango. It has a tartness to it that I really like.

If you know of a breastfeeding mom that needs to increase her milk supply, tell her about Breastea.
It really helps with low breastmilk supply. There really isn't any good
reason not to try it if you are not making enough breastmilk. Formula
is very expensive, and we all know breast is best for baby.

Breastfeeding is an amazing art in itself. I think a lot of us take for
granted how truly amazing it is. Breastfeeding is a God-given right to
nurture your child. He created women in a way that they can carry
children and produce milk for their needs as well. It's absolutely
amazing.

Breastfeeding is not a piece of cake, but it's worth every moment. God
created breastmilk as the perfect nutrition for humans in their new
state of life. Despite years of research, scientists cannot make any
formula anywhere close to the benefits contained in breastmilk. But
what human could ever make something better then God.

God must have wanted us to breastfeed, or he would never have made us
capable of producing breastmilk. It has so many amazing benefits to it.

It helps to keep baby from getting constipated. It boosts baby's immune
system. It's easier to digest. It provides just the right amount of
calories and nutrition so baby is growing in the way we are intended
too. Breastfeed babies have higher IQ's than formula fed babies. Not to
mention, breastfeeding is a wonderful time for you to just sit down,
hold your child, and be thankful for the wonderful gift you have
received.

Breastfeeding can have its up and downs. A big complaint of breastfeeding moms is worrying about low milk supply. Most moms don't have any problems at all. If you are experiencing low milk supply, try something herbal like Breastea.
Make sure you are breastfeeding as much as possible and that baby is
getting a good latch on the breast. For most moms experiencing low milk
supply, they find herbal products really help.

If at all possible, try to breastfeed your child. It's a memory you will carry for a lifetime.

I participate in a lot of mom forums simply because I'm a mom. And
there are a lot of times that I have to ask questions about situations
and there are times I can post an answer.

Something that I see a lot in breastfeeding forums are women wanting to
know how to increase low milk supply. For some breastfeeding moms, the
solution is as easy as breastfeeding more. For other moms, that doesn't
work.

When there is a question of low milk supply, a breastfeeding mom should
always consult a doctor to make sure she is not anemic. Also, she
should have her thyroid checked. Both of those can decrease a low milk
supply.

While breastfeeding, I always continue on my prenatal vitamins. I know
that breastfeeding takes more out of your body than its usual state. So
I continue on with my vitamins, and I have not had a problem with being
anemic.

What worked for me was using an herbal tea called Breastea. With Breastea,
I started seeing an increase in my milk supply within the first few
days. I continued on drinking it daily and before I knew it, I was
making enough milk to feed my baby. I was able to stop supplementing
with formula.

If you stop drinking it though, your milk supply will go back down.
After your baby starts on solids, this may not be a problem for you.
They have several different flavors, but my favorite is the peach -
mango. It has a tartness to it that I really like.

If you know of a breastfeeding mom that needs to increase her milk supply, tell her about Breastea. Breastfeeding is a job in itself but it's totally worth it. A breastfeeding mom needs all the support she can get.

Breastfeeding
is so tough. Not to mention worrying if I am going to make enough milk.
I swear that is something I have worried about ever since I started
breastfeeding. And it doesn't stop after the first child. Each child I
have breastfed is the same story. Am I making enough? Is my child
getting enough breastmilk? The low milk supply never stops.

Low breastmilk supply happens for any number of reasons. Some common ones I have found are:
1. Lack of proper nutrition or rest
2. Not drinking plenty of fluids
3. Not breastfeeding enough
4. Bad latch
5. Anemia or undetected thyroid problem
6. To much exercise

And I am sure there are so many more I am not listing.

But what about the breastfeeding moms that doesn't have any of the
problems mentioned before? In my case, none of those applied to
me..... I really think that I have low milk supply naturally.

When I tried to get help, the first thing I was always asked are "Why
don't you think you are making enough breastmilk?" This really got
irritating after awhile. I knew I wasn't making enough breastmilk
because I was having to supplement with formula all the time. I was
told to breastfeed more or pump more etc. But I was already doing these
things every 2 -3 hours around the clock. And I still had low milk
supply.

I use a hospital grade breast pump that runs about $40.00 a month. I
had a hard time locating one of these and finally found one at a
medical supply store. The accessories were brand new, so I knew
everything was kosher with it.

After all this hassle, I decided to take things into my own hands. I
did a lot of research and finally came up with my own game plan;

Drink plenty of water....

I don't do any mega exercies programs when I am breastfeeding... Ever.

Eat a small meal every few hours.

I tried different herbal remedies that boast of boosting low milk supply.

My first try was fenugreek capsules. This did not help my breastmilk
supply at all, although I smelled like a walking pancake house.

The mother's milk tea did not do much at all. By the time I bought
enough to start seeing results, I had spent quite a bit. A cup two or
three times a day was not enough for me to see results.

The only one I found that was affordable with any good results is Breastea.
I mean, good results. The first day I didn't notice anything big, but
the second day of drinking it was like BAM! I was really a
milk making momma. When I drink Breastea
for awhile and dual pump, I get between 6 - 8 ounces. It's really good
stuff. So far, this is working for me, and it takes the worry off of my
shoulders about making enough breast milk.
