New, up and coming sports satire/humor website is looking for talented, creative writers!
We are looking for motivated, creative people to be the first original writers for a new sports parody/satire/humor site. Individuals seeking to have their writing published, earn extra income, and have their sense of style and humor known should apply!
Currently, *any* and *all* sports are available, from American Football to Volleyball, even Bocce Ball or Ultimate Frisbee for all we care!
Have you wanted to write something about sports, but analysts and sports writers have always gotten to the subject first? Has your sense of humor always been somewhat dry, maybe even silly?
If sports is your passion, and humor is your outlet, then send us an email. We are an up and coming site that caters to sports humor, sports lovers and even sports seriousness, at times.
Here’s your incentive: You will not be writing for free. Most other opportunities like this require you to spend time and effort on your writing, for nothing in return.
Here is our offer: We will pay you 50% of the advertising revenue that your article produces. We’ll repeat that. You get half of the advertising money that your writing generates! We do not believe that creative output should be free for just the sake of exposure. We offer both exposure, and income generation on every piece you write!
We offer the medium for you to write something funny about your favorite sport(s), and you provide viewers with satirical posts about the sport of your choosing.
If you have a writing resume, please feel free to include it. This is NOT necessary. We are merely looking for people with a modicum of writing skill, who have the necessary punctuation and grammar to write in a field of satirical journalism.
Email all correspondence to jobs@twsbusiness.com. Please provide your name, current residential address, primary email address, and phone number.
If you have written in the past, anything at all, feel free to include a sample of your work, or direct links/copies of your writing, as well as any writing jobs you have held!

A huge problem for new websites is getting the traffic that they need. There are a lot of websites out there that claim to get you traffic. I've tried several of them, and I have been sadly disappointed. They don't work.
So I read on a forum about using Blogsvertise. I am thrilled with the results. I have had tons of traffic and sales off of my small business site. It really works. They have a network of thousands of well-maintained blogs created by people all across the world. These people are willing to allow an advertised post on their blog. By using Blogsvertise, you will have blog posts created all over the internet about your website. Not only will the bloggers see your product/website, but the blogger's readers will see it. And it truly does increase your website traffic and sales.
By using Blogsvertise, you are not only getting a lot of traffic to your website but you are also building up your location on the search engines. The more places that are linking to your website, the higher you rank. It's not only for websites, you can use it for your blog as well. They have plans to work with your budgets.
I've tried just about everything when it comes to advertising. I've used newspaper ads, Google adwords, online classifieds, etc. But having other people to blog about it gave me the best traffic.
Try it out for yourself and see how much it does for your website. You will be so glad you did. Click here to sign up. Make sure to check out the advertiser FAQ's if you have any questions. You won't regret it.
Things have really changed so much on Ebay for sellers. I think Ebay realizes it as well. I've noticed over the last few months, they have had several discounts on their seller fees.
Several years ago, it was easy to sell your auctions. Now, it's harder. You may pay up to $1.00 to list your item, and it never sell. Do this repeatedly and even if your item does sell, you've probably lost money.
I think one of the worst features Ebay added that really hurt sellers is the watch it now feature. It used to be that people would have to place a bid to watch it. Now, no one bids until the last moment. And the people that might have been interested could be at work or out when it ends. So sometimes it doesn't sell. That feature may be great for buyers, but it's horrible for sellers.
I've noticed that the price of a lot of things on Ebay have went up. When I say this, I am talking about the items for sale. Is it any wonder? With having to pay Ebay and Paypal fees, sellers have to increase the cost of their items to even try to turn any kind of profit.
If I found another auction site that had even half of Ebay's traffic I would try to sell there. As long as they didn't have Ebay's overinflated auction prices.
There are a few people that even now make a really good income. I don't know how they do it. It might be because they purchased bulk items. But a lot of times when you purchase bulk items you have to pay really high fees. Because you are having to buy a few thousand of the items.
If you are skilled at something and you can find your niche, you have a chance of making good on Ebay.
Work at home job lead. Unresearched. I have applied for this as well, and I am keeping my fingers crossed. It looks really easy to do. Just remember never pay for employment!

Homeschooling is a tough job, but it's well worth it. I can see a difference in my son's personality since I have homeschooled him this year. He is currently in first grade. We use a combination of curriculums to complete his first grade lessons. We are a thrifty family, and we have to use affordable resources. On the internet, there are a wealth of places to find worksheets to print out. And they are free. But the worksheets alone won't complete the job.
Children need diversity to learn. And my son loves to play on the computer. So we also use Time4learning.com. Time4learning.com offers first grade activities that children really love. It's only $19.95 per month. The curriculum is very solid, and I have seen that many, many people love their programs.
With their curriculum, it's like having an extra teacher or two to help you out. The curriculum really teaches your child in a fun way. It's very easy to understand and requires interaction from your child. For example, in Language Arts my son is currently learning about sounds/letter combinations such as sh, ch, etc. And he has picked up a lot of words. It's helped him so much with his reading skills.
When you register, you select your child's grade. The great thing about the program is that it can be adjusted. For example, if your child needs more advanced lessons. As a parent, you can login and see the progress your child has made. You can also review their grades. Kids find it easy to use. They have their own login, and the program shows them where they left off. They can just pick right back up again.
Parents have a separate login from the kids. Under the parent section, there is all kinds of information including teaching guides and worksheets. There is also a section called hints that helps you to use the system. It's very easy to use.
Using an online homeschooling curriculum like time4learning.com
really adds to the whole homeschooling experience. It gives it a
variety. Beyond that, it really educates your child. I think anyone
that tries it is going to love it!

Hello,
We are looking for Creative writers to help us convert stories to comic-book frames. We envisage the comic-books to consist of 50 pages each and 5-6 frames per page. You can use the story "Alice in Wonderland" as an example for your reference.
So what we need is what is known as a “story-board” where you write the script for every frame – whether it is a description or dialogues. You also determine which characters will be there in every frame.
Like good screenwriters, good comic book writers think in pictures as well as words. You visualize the images in their stories, then describe them to artists via scripts. You are expected to give the illustrator a fair amount of direction about how to portray each scene.
You are expected to write concise descriptions of familiar people, scenery, or events, as if you were describing them for an illustrator to draw— what’s to be shown and not to be shown, and how it’s to be depicted.
This will be a continuous and on-going activity with 20 books being worked on every quarter.
Please send us your competitive quotes for carrying out such jobs, along with a timing-plan.
Thank you
