Small contractor with busy phones, particularly during the summer months,
seeks sharp, motivated, organized individual with a pleasant phone voice
to handle calls on a part time to full time basis. QuickBooks familiar a
plus. A/R, A/P, Payroll, Sales Tax, Advertising, Etc.
Can train. Must be a quick learner. Can work from home with a broadband
connection. Phones MUST be answered everytime or transferred out.
No exceptions. Once you're in the swing of things, its easy to
keep on top of.
