Editor needed - Work at home

I am seeking an editor to review and critique several small writing projects I am working on. My projects include presentations I am doing, speeches (current one is 20 pages), some shorter 1 or 2 page essays, documents I've done for church, etc. Basically, I do a variety of writing for different reasons and I would like someone to evaluate them for content, flow, grammar, style, readability, punctuation, etc. I am looking for someone who will critique more than just grammar. I'd like someone who will challenge the way I communicate my thoughts and give me concrete suggestions for making my writing more effective. I am seeking very detailed feedback.

Please let me know your experience as an editor/writer, your turnaround times, your rates and how you accept payment. Also, I am looking for someone who is VERY comfortable working electronically via email. I prefer using Word and would like someone who can use the Insert Comments function to provide feedback and who will also make edits in the document.
