If you are an individual with a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience handling liability claims, we are especially interested in speaking with you!! The selected candidate will manage a perpetual claims pending with heavy telephone contact and occasional face to face contact with insureds, claimants, attorneys and third parties. We seek an individual with effective written and verbal communication skills, and prior experience with personal computers, including knowledge of MS Office software. Prior experience in a fast-paced, multiple priority, customer-focused environment is preferred. Prior management experience a plus. This is a telecommuting position, and the ideal location for this candidate is Pikeville, KY. No relocation assistance is provided.
