After hours answering person needed - CT only- Work at home
Companions & Homemakers, an established and
growing company focusing on in home care for older adults, is seeking a
weekend after-hours response person.
- Hours are Friday evening through Sunday evening.
- Applicants must be able to work at home independently and with little supervision.
- Heavy call volume at times - applicant must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
Responsibilities include:
- responding to calls on company provided telephone in a timely manner,
- coordinating emergency coverage among existing staff for elderly clients, and
- handling new client intakes.
- Prior on-call experience is a plus. Applicants must be able to devote
all weekend hours on a consistent basis, preferable without other
full-time weekday employment.
- Cell phone and access to scheduling tools provided.
- Applicants must live in the state of Connecticut.
